Invented by gymnast Joseph H. Pilates more than 80 years ago, the Pilates Method dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs.

Pilates trains the entire body, eliminating muscular imbalance, preventing injuries, alleviating chronic back pain and developing long, lean sculpted muscles.

Getting started

A private session is recommended for first time participants. Our team of experienced, certified instructors will introduce you to the Pilates equipment, provide a physical assessment and design a personalized plan to achieve your fitness goals.

Pilates Equipment Classes:

Eight week session classes in the Pilates studio at special member rates. Classes available for all fitness and ability levels.

  • Reformer
  • Tower
  • Barre
  • Rehabilitation Pilates (shoulder, back, pelvis, hip, knee)

Mat Pilates (without use of equipment)

Weekly Mat Pilates classes are included with membership and held in the group fitness studios. You can view the group fitness schedule here. Refer to Group Fitness Schedule for class days and times.
