Flower Delivery Services
Floral arrangements can be delivered to patient rooms by individual florists. Please note that live flowers or plants aren’t allowed in Intensive Care Units or oncology rooms.
Concierge Services
Lansing offers free concierge services for patients and guests. Our UM Health-Sparrow Personal Assistants can help arrange transportation, hotel reservations, or business services.
Interpreter Services
To ensure patients receive medical information in their own language, we offer free interpreter services via phone, via video conference or in person if possible.
Pastoral Care
Our board-certified staff chaplains are available on weekdays to provide support to people from any faith tradition (or none). An on-call chaplain can also be paged 24/7.
