You can visit us at a showroom near you. We can even deliver the patient equipment to your home and set it up.  

We know that when you’re having trouble with your oxygen or respiratory equipment, you can’t wait for assistance. So we offer emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 

If you’re a UM Health-Sparrow patient, we’re part of your “big picture” when it comes to caring for your health. If you’ve been at the hospital, we collaborate closely with your discharge team to get you home as quickly as possible. And we work with your health insurance provider to ensure you have everything you need to continue your care once you’re there. 

We also help thousands of walk-in customers every year at our five showrooms. We accept cash, credit cards and flexible spending cards,  and we can even take orders over the phone. Whatever your situation, our highly trained caregivers are ready to help.
