Try this simple recipe for Michigan overnight oats! They are high in fiber and antioxidants, have no added sugars or artificial ingredients, a good source of healthy fats (decrease bad cholesterol and increase good cholesterol) and are rich in vitamins and minerals.
Learn how to cook this quick and easy meal with these simple instructions:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup of yogurt
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 2 tbsp. dried red cherries
- 2 tbsp. sliced almonds
Directions:
- In a small bowl, mix all ingredients.
- Let set in refrigerator overnight
- The next day, enjoy!
