In our pursuit to be recognized as a national leader in quality and Patient experience, Sparrow consistently benchmarks against leading health care organizations.
In doing so, the Sparrow Health System Compliance Plan has been updated to:
- include a Code of Conduct on key topics (ethical business relationships, preventing fraud and abuse, protecting our Patients and safeguarding information)
- focus on Integrity and Ethics
- be more user friendly for Caregivers when seeking guidance.
Everyone in the Sparrow family is expected to honor our individual and collective commitment to the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
Training for Caregivers on the new Code of Conduct and Compliance Program is included in 2015 Mandatory Education classes and the new Code of Conduct and Compliance Program full document can be found in Policy and Procedure Manager.
