LANSING, Mich. – University of Michigan Health-Sparrow hospitals in Carson City, Charlotte, Ionia and St. Johns are offering scholarship opportunities to local high school graduating seniors who intend to pursue higher education in a health-related field.
To be eligible for the $1,000 scholarships, candidates must be a resident of Clinton, Eaton, Gratiot, Ionia or Montcalm counties and submit a copy of their most recent completed school semester transcript. The deadline to submit a scholarship application is Friday, April 25, 2025.
Funds for these scholarships have been generously donated by benefactors of UM Health-Sparrow, including the Merten and Geraldine Whyman Health Careers Scholarship Endowment Fund for Clinton County residents.
