Sparrow honored with MQC Award at recognition ceremony
Sparrow Hospital received the Michigan Quality Council's 2012 Quality Leadership Award at a recognition Ceremony at Cleary University in Ann Arbor. This is the highest honor for organizational performance excellence in Michigan, and Sparrow Hospital is only the eighth hospital to earn this recognition.

St. Lawrence Murals revealed
Murals, designed and painted by area youths to beautify the neighborhood and promote healthy living, were unveiled at the Sparrow St. Lawrence Campus parking structure.
The murals are the product of a partnership between Sparrow, Capital Area Women's LifeStyle Magazine, the Westside commercial Association and One Love Global. Additional murals will be created in future years and added to the project.

American Cancer Society CPS-3 Cancer Study Caregiver Champion Kick-Off
Sparrow Caregivers attended a "Champion Kickoff" to learn about the CPS-3 Cancer Study and how to help Sparrow and the American Cancer Society partner to help fight cancer. Champions helped Sparrow find over 150 volunteers to enroll in the nationwide study.
