About 250 people danced the night away while supporting Sparrow Hospital this weekend during the 88th Annual Charity Ball at the University Club of MSU.
This year's event raised about $86,000, and Charity Ball supporters have assisted the Sparrow Hospital Guild in donating over $1 million to Sparrow and its special projects over the years.
The Guild provides support for many projects at Sparrow Hospital, recently supporting last month's renovation of the diagnostic waiting area in the Sparrow Professional Building. It is the goal of the Sparrow Guild to provide every Patient who utilizes outpatient services in the SPB-mammography, breast ultrasound, stereotactic breast biopsy, general x-ray, the infusion center, and laboratory services-a state of the art, positive and professional experience.
