Nancy McKeague, executive vice president of the Michigan Health and Hospital Association, has been elected by her colleagues to lead the board that governs the health system. McKeague, who has been on the board for 12 years, will serve a one-year term.
Before joining the MHA, McKeague served as senior vice president of administration for the Michigan Chamber of Commerce and as a legislative staff member in both the Michigan House and Senate. McKeague succeeds John Pirich, who is now chair of the University of Michigan Health regional board.
“We are so grateful to have someone of Nancy’s quality and talent lead the health system board during this pivotal time in Sparrow’s history,” Pirich said.
Joining the board is Anthony J. Mazzali, CFP, ChFC, chief executive officer of Williamston-based CG Financial Services. With multiple offices across Michigan and North Carolina, Mazzali’s firm is well-established within the wealth management industry, where he has garnered several awards for his distinguished service and expertise.
Mazzali is also involved in many community organizations, such as the Lansing Care Foundation and American Red Cross.
“Tony is a great example of the leaders we seek to have on the board to serve as the eyes and ears for our communities. Our board members help us stay focused on meeting the needs of our patients and their families,” Pirich said.
