The Sparrow Children’s Center held a Hair-a-Thon on Sept. 10 in honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
Hair was donated to Michigan-based organizations that provide free wigs for children and adolescents who have lost their hair due to cancer treatment or other causes.
