The community will celebrate Sparrow Clinton Hospital's new Emergency Department during its grand opening from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, July 30.
The public is welcome to join us as we unveil the new state-of-the-art emergency facility that combines the latest technology with a Patient-centered healing environment.
The SCH Emergency Department serves more than 14,000 patients each year, and that number is growing. At 9,935 square feet, the new facility is three times the size of the existing emergency department.
Features include eight private rooms and two trauma treatment rooms as well as an exclusive lobby, a family conference room, an observation room where Patients can wait for test results, a centralized nursing station, and a decontamination treatment area.
This project is one of many Sparrow renovations that have resulted in more than $250 million reinvested in the region over the last three years.
