CARSON CITY, MI – Sparrow Carson Hospital is proud to recognize Shanna Holland, a Laboratory phlebotomist, as its Caregiver of the Month.
Holland was nominated by a fellow caregiver who noted she always smiles and greets every caregiver and visitor she walks past in the halls and is very compassionate when caring for patients.
Her nomination reads, “I am always happy when she is the phlebotomist for my children. She takes her time and explains everything. The kids always say when she cares for them, it doesn't hurt! My boys always hope to see Shanna when they need labs drawn. Thanks for putting our patients first!”
Holland was presented with a certificate of recognition from Sparrow Carson leaders and a coffee tumbler filled with goodies for being willing to go above and beyond and making it her mission to take the best possible care of her patients. Please join us in congratulating and thanking her for keeping our patients the top priority!
