Sparrow Ionia Hospital is pleased to announce its outpatient Physical Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, and Sports Medicine facility has relocated to 537 W. Main Street, Ionia.
An open house was recently held.
The team is comprised of trained, licensed and certified health care professionals in the area of physical therapy, athletic training and exercise science.

Therapists will also provide inpatient therapy while Patients are at Sparrow Ionia Hospital.

Treatment areas include sprains, strains and stiffness, muscle and tendon injuries, post-surgical orthopedic and neurological care, sports injuries, and balance.
The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Fridays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, call 616.527.0558.
Joining Physical Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine at the new location is board certified orthopedic surgeon John C. Putz, M.D. Dr. Putz has been providing orthopedic services in Ionia since 2010 and in Lansing since 1989.
Dr. Putz is accepting new Patients in Ionia. He is seeing patients Thursday afternoons from 1-5 p.m. To make an appointment, call his office in Ionia at 616.523.1630.
