Ben Villa, a Maintenance Technician in Sparrow’s Engineering Department, goes the extra mile behind the scenes to keep the day-to-day operations of Sparrow campuses running smoothly and looking immaculate. His work includes keeping the grounds clean, laying mulch, and fixing signs.
