How would you summarize your new position?
Senior executive leadership for safe, high quality clinical care, across the University of Michigan Health non-academic operations. Ensure medical care consistent with the mission and vision of the clinical enterprise through collaboration with the academic medical center and other regional health system leaders.
What are your top three goals for the region or the hospital?
- Improving access to care
- Keeping care local to home
- Developing and expanding clinical growth programs in the regions
What is one thing you've learned about Sparrow and/or University of Michigan Health-West that surprised you?
Despite the geographic difference, the strive for excellence in quality and patient safety is similar.
What are you most looking forward to in your new role?
Growth opportunities and working with physicians, APPs, caregivers and leaders across the region and system.
