Families, summer is time to Get Movin’! Come on out on Saturday, May 30 for a one-mile run and great day of fun at Cooley Law School Stadium, home of the Lansing Lugnuts! The 2015 Sparrow Michigan Mile, presented by Auto-Owners Insurance, is a kids-only race for children 13 and under. The event helps motivate families to make long-term, healthy lifestyle changes.
Be sure to take advantage of the $8 early entry fee on or before May 15. Fee is $12 from May 16-May 29. Race Day registration is $18.Early registration ends May 15.
Children six and under can register for the KIDSPRINT, which takes place on the warning track inside the stadium, presented by MSU FCU.Children run with their own age group and all participants receive a T-shirt. Finishers get a shiny gold medal.
