Finance and Operations Advisory Committee

The UM Health Sparrow Care Network (SCN) Finance and Operations Advisory Committee is designated as an Advisory Committee to the Board of Managers as defined in the SCN Operating Agreement. The purpose of the Committee is to oversee the operations of SCN, as well as the agreements developed with payers that achieve value-based pricing and aligned incentives for clinically-integrated contracts with healthcare purchasers, such as SCN sponsoring hospitals’ employee benefit plan, local self-funded employee groups, and third-party payers.

Quality Advisory Committee

The UM Health-Sparrow Care Network (SCN) Quality Advisory Committee is designated as an Advisory Committee to the Board of Managers as defined in the SCN Operating Agreement. The purpose of the Committee is to develop and monitor SCN’s evidence-based Clinical Integration Quality Program for services across the continuum of care. The SCN Quality Advisory Committee responsibilities also include ensuring that the technology infrastructure (SCN Physician Performance Dashboards and other associated software) supports the collection of and reporting of physician data.
